Andrea Rossi Cold Fusion

- According to its inventor Andrea Rossi, on his blog " Journal of
Nuclear Physics "explained the type of measurements to be performed on this test and what he said is the following: "Measurements will be made in liquid water . We will have the steam produced in the reactor will work
in a closed circuit, it is the main circuit and steam heat
exchange with liquid water in a secondary loop , so that the water
is heated by steam through the walls heat exchanger. We will measure the energy by taking
the Delta T of water, not steam".
